Return & Exchange Policy

We offer generous unlimited exchange policy for all of our customers. If you are not satisfied with the clubs you have purchased or if you just want to try out some other models, you can simply return your club back and exchange for the one you desire.

The exchange must be requested within 60 days of the original purchase, or 30 days of a previous exchange. There is no limit on how many times of exchanges you can make. All exchange must be authorized with an RMA number. You are responsible to pay for the shipping expenses to and from us.

You need to pay for the price difference, and the applicable tax, for exchange of merchandise that costs more than the price of your original order. For the subsequent exchanges, the price difference is calculated by subtracting the price of the new exchange from the highest price of the previous exchange. If the exchanged item is priced less than that of your original order, there is no refund or credit back to you.

The exchanged merchandise must be in good condition. Slight wear and tear for clubs under normal usage is acceptable. Excessive abuse or damage to the merchandise (including but not limited to: dent, paint chipoff, etc.) may void the exchange policy. Some products, including but not limited to appareles and consumable materials, are not eligible for exchange. Super Golf has the final judgement on the conditions of the returned products.

Returns

Your confidence to shop with us is backed by our money-back return policy. You can return your purchase for a full refund minus 15% restocking fee within 30 days of your original purchase. All returns beyond 30 days of original purchase qualifies for store credit only. Store credit issued for return will never expire until used.

You need to pay for the shipping cost for the returned merchandise. All returned merchandise will be inspected. Excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear may cost an extra repair fee. Super Golf has the final judgement on the conditions of the returned products.

Warranty Claims

Most of the products from Super Golf Store (except for closeout products) are covered by manufacturer warranty. Most of Bang Golf products have a generous 99 year's limited warranty. There is an on-line Warranty Registration Form at BangGolf.com that you can fill out upon your purchase of Bang Golf products.

You can caim warranty repair or exchange for your purchased products with us, or directly with the manufactures of the products. At the time of warranty claim, you need to have the proof of purchase, and you are responsible for both way shipping. All the rest of the costs are covered by the warranty issuer.
